Flat screen TV with plenty of TV channels to choose from and a good bed.

Overall excellent value for money and I would defintely stay there again on a next holiday in London. If you don't need fancy facilities or a king-size bed then this place offers good value for money.

Basic room, but everything works and the room and bathroom are clean. Restaurant serves edible buffet food and there is a lively sports bar with a reasonable menu. Drinks are pricy though. Underground car parking available - at a price. Convenient for West Brompton underground and overground station. A few restaurants around but its a local neighbourhood. More shopping variety one underground stop away at Fulham Broadway or two overground stops at Shepherds Bush which has a Westfield.

Pros: secured luggage storage, friendly staff, harty breakfast Cons: overbooked, can hear through walls, no hair dryer in room, no safe in room, no complementary toiletries They overbooked the hotel despite us having a reservation.

To their credit they put us up in a upper class hotel near by until they had a room for us and they covered the cost.

The manager tried to get a taxi for us but it was taking too long for the taxi to arrive so he used his own car to drive us to the other hotel. The next day they sent a Mercedes taxi to pick us up and bring us back to their hotel since a room was available for us. We were quiet impressed by how they handled the situation. The location is fantastic!

Close to the trains, a club nearby, and good views out the windows. The breakfast was harty with lots of variety. It was definitely better than a continental breakfast in North America. I would stay there again and recommend it! If you are looking for a great value hotel in London this is it.

We have stayed there several times and have been more than satisfied. Good pub in the hotel as well doing good value food. Good location, Easy traveling, very good and warm bed. The hotel is very close to Stamford Bridge stadium you can even see it from hotel.

It was nice staying there and worth for every pound. The best thing is we arrived there at 9a. The hotel is located near West Bromton station. We were given early check in without us requesting it.
